"TEACHING IS NOBLE JOB"

   The moment I got my first job was the time I considered to be one of the happiest moment in my life.I actually didn't expect to be hired because it's not in line with the degree that I took,plus the fact that I didn't have any experiences. Despite the doubts that I have,I'm confident to say that its my passion. Wanna know what's my first job? Well,I'm now working as a teacher,an ESL teacher to be exact.

    As a novice , this is not an easy task to do. There are those times that you'll be tongue-tied because everyday we face different students with different personalities.But it didn't stop me,hence I took that as a challenge in my chosen career. In my one year of working here,I can probably say that I've learned a lot both from my students and my colleagues.I'm really having fun with what I'm doing right now. All the hardships are worth it if you'll see that your students learn something from what you've taught them,it's somehow fulfilling. As a teacher of non-native speakers,it's so overwhelming when your student thank you for molding them even not into a great English speaker,but at least into a better one.

    My journey as an educator wasn't always worry free,I've also been through ups and downs.There are times that I would ask my self "AM I AN EFFECTIVE TEACHER?"why?,because some of my students changed me without even informing.Knowing the fact that they are foreigners,we have some cultural differences so it's really difficult to please and to build rapport with them. Everytime I asked them if they're okay or if they understand my lesson,they will say yes even though they don't.

     The battle doesn't end in here,even if I'll face many trials I'll never quit coz only a loser quits.These trials and hardships can't hamper me from doing the things that I love.Therefore, I love my job coz it's my passion and I found happiness and contentment in this job that I have.
